Huge Christmas bags filled with goodies donated by supporters of the Rescue Mission were given to the men at the traditional Christmas Eve service. The preaching service included the Lord’s supper and was presented by Jake Cherry, Director/President of the Mission, accompanied by Daniel Zamora, music associate/organist at Woodland Baptist Church.
The men appreciate your thoughts and prayers as they begin the New Year, 2017. We pray that the new year is filled with hope for these men who will find a hot meal, comfortable place to stay, warm clothing, and an encouraging word at the Mission each night they attend.
