Woodland Baptist Church of San Antonio served up lasagna and cheer to the men on Friday night, December 16th. The group provided home-made lasagna, green beans, hot French bread and several desserts including cake and pecan pie to the hungry men. Also, a pack of items was given as a Christmas gift to each man which included a hoodie, flashlight, gloves, and Christmas cookies. The men were most appreciative and enjoyed the food and gift. Thanks to all the Woodland folks who came which included Phil and Cathy Sagebiel who made the lasagna, Mike Neely, Becky Upchurch, Lee and Karen Weems, Linda Liebe, Shirley Smith, Cyndi Levesque, Darren and Vaughan Ballinger, and Kirsten Hancock. Nadine Holt’s Sunday School class provided the cookies.
